We will begin offering seats, Please speak to Willie Goldstein, our Seating Chairman.
Willie will be available in Shul between Mincha/Maariv and at Shachris. Before receiving seats, all Shul accounts must be up to date. If special consideration is required, those arrangements must be made prior to Rosh Hashanah. We wish to emphasize that no one will be turned away for financial reasons, but we do insist that arrangements be made with us prior to Rosh Hashanah. |

Tisha B'Av Program - Screening of Chofetz Chayim Foundation Films
On Tuesday, Tisha B'Av afternoon, at 2:30 PM, after the first Mincha Minyan - our Shul is co-sponsoring with The Young Israel of Spring Valley, the screening of videos distributed by the Chofetz Chayim Foundation and the OU relating to the themes of Tisha B'Av. Rosh Hashana Greetings Program
Please contact Kathy Perles at 356-0144 to participate in the sisterhood of Ohaiv Yisroel Rosh Hashana greetings program before Sunday, September 25th. Your family name will be added to a list displayed in the entry of Shul on a beautiful poster by artist, Sara Shapiro wishing everyone a Shana Tova. Cost = $10.00 per family.

Eruv Tavshilin
This year, all the Yom Tovim occur together with Shabbos. In order to be able to cook food on Yom Tov for Shabbos, be sure to prepare an Eruv Tavshilin on Erev Yom Tov.

We sent out a notice about the local Chevra Kedisha - Please make your check out to the Shul and mark it Chevra Kedisha. We will forward a single payment to the Chevra Kedisha from the Shul.
