Hamakom YinachemWe regret to inform you of the passing of the mother of Karen Rosenthal, Jeanette Slater, in Florida. Karen will be sitting shiva at her home 52C Edison Court from Tuesday night after Yom Tov, October 22nd through Monday morning, October 28th.

May she and her family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Yerushalayim.

Shalosh Seudot
There will be Shalosh Seudos this week taking place 20 minutes after Mincha; special thanks to Moti Goldberg. If anyone is interested in sponsoring a Shalosh Seudos, please speak to Leonard Mann or Rob Goldfarb.

There will be a Kiddush next Shabbos primarily sponsored by the Chasan Torah and Chasan Bereishis from Simchas Torah. If anyone would like to participate, please speak to Yaakov Grunstein.

Simchat Torah Kiddush
The Kiddush on Simchas Torah will be sponsored by a) Leslie and Charley Ackerman to commemorate the Yahrtzheit of Leslie's Grandfather, Baruch ben Nissan; b) The Hauptman family; c) Malka and Stu Serkin; d) Susie and Jeff Strauss.
There is still time to be one of the sponsors for the Kiddush and\ or to volunteer to help manage the Kiddush. Please speak to Leonard Mann or Yaacov Grunstein.

The Shul Sukkah
The Shul Sukkah is mostly complete. There's about another hour of work needed to complete the Sukkah. If any one can help, please speak to Leonard Mann.

Simchat Torah Kiddush
On Simchas Torah there will be one Shacharis Minyan at 9 AM. We will be having a Kiddush. We need sponsors for the Kiddush and volunteers to manage the Kiddush. Please speak to Leonard Mann

Membership Files
Presently, we are upgrading our membership files. We are asking all our members to fill out membership application forms. Additionally, we urge that all those who use the Shul for any purpose become members to help financially sustain our Shul. Click here for membership forms.

Arba Minim
As a service to our Mispalellim, we have arranged for the delivery of Arba Minim to our shul. A sign up sheet is available in shul. The last time to sign up is at Shacharis on Sunday, October 6th. The Arba Minim will be distributed as is. If you have special minhagim or feel the need to inspect the Arba Minim, our service is not for you. The Arba Minim will be available for Pickup at Mincha/ Maariv on Thursday, October 10th.
