Hi,
In case you didn't see last night's email, if you do not sign up you will not be allowed to participate in any of the minyanim this coming Shabbos. We are under the scrutiny of the authorities and once were are full, we cannot accept any more people.
Last night's email below:
It pains ne to have to send this email. Unfortunately, with the Governor's new guidelines still in effect, we have no choice but to comply:
As such, for now, we have to make various changes to the way we have been doing things: Such changes are in compliance with past board meetings and the Rav's p'sak. Hopefully, the governor will keep to his 14 day and it will end next Friday - let's pray.
1- No Women
2- No guests, unless we have extra room (as the limitation is on the amount of people not socially distancing).
3- No children
4- Priority will be given to full members then associate members on a first come first serve basis, then others.
5- Being that there is more space outdoors than in, once the inside is full, you will automatically be sent outside - an email will be sent to you late Thursday night
6- In order to maximize the seating, aside for the above priority, priority will be given to those who will be attending ALL 4 minyanim inside the main sanctuary on Shabbos (if you do not attend one of the minyanim, being that we are limited to 10 people, we will not have a minyan), therefore we will move you to another section.
An email will be sent out late Thursday night/early Friday morning with your placement.
